Judith Parr

Judith Parr (nee Vanderwerf), age 84. Beloved wife of the late Robert Peters and the late Lawrence Parr. Loving mother of Amanda Sylvain (Matt). Cherished nana of Clara. Dear daughter of the late Joseph and Lucille Vanderwerf. Dearest sister of Richard Vanderwerf and the late Alice Basen. Adored aunt of Sherry Cooper, Michael Basen, Beth Covarrubias, and Stacie Zeigler. Also survived by many dear friends.

Judy had a generous heart and a deep love for her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, cross-stitch, and coloring with her granddaughter. Judy was passionate about volunteering through the Telephone Pioneers of America, where she proudly supported the Special Olympics. She was also an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns for over 75 years. Judy cherished spending time with her friends over lunch, attending church every Sunday, and most of all being with her family.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday March 13, 2026, in the funeral home at 10 AM. Interment Sunset Cemetery. The family will receive friends on THURSDAY March 12, 2026, from 4 PM - 7 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
