LeeAnn Tomko longtime, North Royalton and Strongsville resident departed this life for Heaven August 2, 2025. Born in Coshocton Ohio to parents Robert E. and Mary Henderson on March 12th 1946. She was the Sister of Stephen, Ric (deceased), and Todd.
She attended Miami University where she met her future Husband George (a “Miami Merger”) in 1967. After her children were in school, she completed her Business Degree at Baldwin Wallace University. She later embarked on a real estate career working for multiple companies in the Strongsville area.
LeeAnn accumulated a wide circle of close personal friends both here as well as her second home in Venice, FL. Those fortunate enough to call LeeAnn friend, came to understand the meaning of the word “loyal”. Monday afternoon card games with “the girls” was always highly anticipated during her time in Florida. Up until 4 years ago she enjoyed golf, participating in various leagues and providing tips to George whenever they played together.
She leaves behind Husband George of 58 years, Son, Craig, and Daughter, Jill (deceased.) She held a special place in her heart for Golden Retrievers. No Golden was ever a stranger to her including her own.
Celebration of Life services will be held at Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church 11680 Royalton Rd. Thursday August 14th at 11:00AM followed by a luncheon. No flowers or donations please. Instead, do a good deed for someone in need remembering her warm smile.
