Lucille was born in Coxton, Kentucky to Green and Ethel Howard.
Beloved wife of the late William F. Peters. Loving Mom of Bill (Kathy), Tim (the late Jean), Kathleen Scroggins (Neil), Mary, the late Chuck Hylton, Jim (Patty) Hylton, and Jeanne (Kurt) Lehr. Cherished Grandmother of 13 and Great Grandmother of 11. Loving sister of the late Virgil, Charlie, Glenna, and Bunch.
Lucille was an avid fan of Cleveland baseball. She loved gardening and critters.
Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
