She was caring, thoughtful, and the hardest working woman you ever met. She raised 7 children on her own and always made time for anybody that needed it. She never spoke an ill word about anybody. She always found the good in everyone she met. She has truly been an Angel In Waiting. Beloved mother of John Burgess, Jr. (deceased), David "Ross" (deceased), Rita Thorkelson (Kenneth), Sidney U. , Debra Tallman (deceased) (Larry), Marchelle Carlozzi (Dave) and Michael. Dear grandmother of Damian, Jacob, David, Desiree, Jessica, Joshua, Nina, Jacqueline, Jennifer, Brandon, Christina and David. and great grandmother of 12. Sister of Lee Holycross (late Emma), George Holycross (Deanna), Fred Holycross, Gerrold Holycross (deceased), Carroll Holycross, Anna Mae Tevis (deceased) (Willie), Jennie Mae Slade (Rick), Phyllis Butler (Gary), Larry Reames (Cindy) and Sharon Holycross (deceased) .
