I just found out about Michelle, and am truly heartbroken for your loss, way to young!  Please forgive my tardiness, I understand what your family is going thru.

Joe, my heart goes out to you and your family. I had the opportunity to meet  Michelle at a party at the Cuginis, a couple summer's back. We spoke about her family, her mother and how she loved her pets. She was a nice lady and had such a positive overall attitude. I'm really grateful I had the opportunity to meet her. You have my heartfelt condolences and prayers. May God comfort you and your family at this time.

There isn't even a way to start saying how truly sorry I am for your loss. It always seems too generic to say that, but what else is there to say in these situations? Michelle was one of a kind. There is no doubt about that in my mind. 

She took a chance on me when she hired me at Great Clips, straight out of Cosmetology school. I hadn't even graduated high school when she offered me the job. That is such a bitter sweet memory for me because once again, I am on the job hunt, and no one else has taken the chance like she did on me, except this time I'm fresh out of college. I will forever be grateful to her for that. I don't think she ever knew that, and I wish I could have thanked her and told her so face to face. 

Michelle was amazing though. She was honestly lIke a second Mom to me. She always had advice when I needed it, and forced food on me just like my own mother does. She took care of all us girls at Great Clips. There are times where I still don't get how the hell she did it. We all had such different personalities, yet she got us all to work together and not rip each others heads off.

If she wasn't at work, she was always doing something for the VFW. And man, could she cook. I have so many of her recipes it isn't even funny. I stumbled upon her pudding shots recipes the day after I found out she was gone. Who knew you could get emotional over a recipe? 

Again, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Michelle will definitely be missed, but never forgotten. Not with how many people's lives she touched. There's just no way it would be possible.
