Renee E. O'Donnell

She attended Our Lady of Angels Grade School, St. Joseph Academy and John Marshall High School. After graduation Renee went to Cleveland Barber College and operated her own barber shop for many years. She was a temporary long distance operator for Ohio Bell, a Cuyahoga Corrections Officer and Cleveland Municipal truck driver until retirement.

Renee attended Our Lady of Angels Church all her life, where she received First Holy Communion, Confession and Confirmation. She was also an Usher at the 4 pm Mass every Saturday.

Renee was a very caring person who would do anything for anyone at any time. She had some precarious ways about her, but everyone still loved "Aunt Ney". She loved her animals and pets, especially her dog and cat.

She was preceded in death by her mom and dad, a sister Judith D. Lantz, grandparents Baba and Dzeda Yakubik, grandma Mac and many aunts and uncles. Mom always said Renee would be missed when she is gone, and we all know that now!

She is survived by her brother Gerald "Jerry" O'Donnell (JoEllen), brother in law Larry Lantz, nephew and nieces: Jason, Karly, Matt (Cindy), Lexis, Bailey, Kristen, Amber, Brianna, Allana, Jocelyn, Landon, Darren and families. Also many cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends 10-11 AM, WEDNESDAY April 16, 2025 at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY RD., MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71). Followed by funeral services at 11:00 am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
