ROBERT “RICK” NOEL, SR, age 73. Beloved husband of Lucinda (nee Smith); devoted father of Robert Noel, Jr. (Kelly), and Daniel Noel (Lisa); cherished grandfather of Hannah, Casey, Austin, Shawn, and Allison Noel; dear son of the late Howard and Ruth Noel; caring brother of Glenn Noel (deceased) (Judy), Howard Noel, Jr. (deceased) (Vickey), Anna Short (James), and a friend to everyone he met.

Funeral services 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the funeral home. Interment Woodvale Cemetery.
