Bob was born in Berea, the son of the late Robert E. Sutherland and Betty Clark Sutherland. He is the beloved husband of 44 years to Joan (nee Reed) Sutherland; dear brother of the late Mark (Judy, surviving) Sutherland and brother-in-law of Ruth White, Linda Miller and the late Larry (Chris, surviving) Reed and Nancy (Ray) Frost; loving nephew of the late Raymond Uhinck and Mildred Uhinck; adored uncle of many.

All services will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in Bob's memory can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Cleveland APL in memory of Mitzy, Muffin and Lexi.
