Cherished grandpa of Matthew Ely (Jacqueline), and Stephen Ely (Lauren). Devoted great papa of Nicholas Ely. Dear brother of Jean Hofmann (Richard), Ted Litchney (Nora), and the late Irene Litchney, John Litchney (Loretta Kercher, deceased), Elizabeth LaMonica (John, deceased), and Beverly Knappman (Fritz, deceased). Uncle, great uncle, and friend of many. Proud member of the Building Laborers' Local 310 Union for 67 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday October 16, 2024, 11 AM at St. Colette Catholic Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends on TUESDAY October 15, 2024, from 4PM - 7PM at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS' FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH 44130 (WEST OF I-71).
