In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lloyd Freeze.
Carol is survived by her sons, Steven (Jane) Freeze, Doug K. Freeze;
grandchildren, Jamie (Matt) Grice, Steven (Crystal) Freeze II, Doug (Megan) Freeze II, Josh (Lori) Freeze, Destiny (Scott) Wilmoth, Deidra Freeze; great grandchildren, Jake, Kathryn, Reagan, Paige, Shyla, Pierce, Gage, Gwenn, Baylee; sister, Charlotte Stiles and many other loving family members and friends.
A Committal Service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, January 16, 2026, at the Mausoleum at Woodside Cemetery, 1401 Woodside Blvd., Middletown, OH 45044.
