Charlotte loved her family and spending time with her loved ones.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack” Koeppel and brother, Holly “Gene” Cox.
Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Holly Koeppel; son, Scott Koeppel; stepson, John (Adelle) Koeppel; two granddaughters, Allie Miller and Grace Koeppel; step grandchildren, April (Jeremy) Jackson, Jessica and Cameron Koeppel; two sisters, Shirley Duff, Charma (Eddie) Lockard and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, July 7, 2023 at North Monroe Cemetery, Monroe Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Drive, Middletown, OH 45005.
