Clay Michael Fogle, of Middletown, passed away on July 29, 2021 at Mercy Health West Hospital. He was born July 29, 2021, the son of Dustin and Michelle (Hall) Fogle.
He is preceded in death by his grandma, Darlene Taylor; grandpa, Jimmy Hall; and uncle Michael Hall.
Clay is survived by his loving parents; sister, Alexis Hall; brothers, Anthony, Dominique Rush; half-sister, Rosalie Fogle; half-brother, James Brockman; grandma and grandpa, Terry & Steve Fogle; grandma, Penny Dance; and several aunts, uncles, cousins.
