Cynthia Josephine Goldick

Cynthia Josephine Goldick, age 63, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. She was born on December 30, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, The daughter of Anita Good (Charles) and John Goldick. She is preceded in death by her husband and best friend, Michael Smith; brother, Johnny Goldick (Batman); mother-in-law, Jacqueline Smith; sister-in-laws, Debbie Gibbs and Mary (Punk) Kenestrick; brother-in-laws, Gary Pearson, Steve Sparkman and Bobby Gibbs; niece, Amy Moore Anderson and nephew, Mark Lamb.

Cindy is survived by her mother and father, Anita and Charles Good; her daughters, Jessica Smith (Terrance), Brittany Smith (Michael); grandchildren, Tristan and Michael Williams, Beckett and Brynn Rossi, Devan Smith and Jaden Jones; brothers and sisters, Jimmy Goldick, Christine Hedrick (Randy), Deborah Pearson, Joe Goldick, Jerry Goldick (Judy); numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends all of which were very special to her.

Cindy was one of a kind. She was the life of the party and one of the funniest people you will ever meet. She loved everyone and judged no one. She would dance and sing anytime, anywhere, and would always tell you exactly what was on her mind. Many would say she was their favorite as she always made people feel loved and special. She made sure to wish everyone a happy birthday accompanied by 100 pictures on Facebook. She loved to help people and animals. She would fix you food, give you her last dollar and clean your house better than anyone. Cindy’s favorite job of all was taking care of her grandkids. Her daughters and grandkids were her life and she loved to spend time with them. Although each death is a loss, Cindy’s presence will leave a void at each upcoming family function.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 2-3 pm, at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin St., Middletown, OH 45044. A Memorial Service will follow at 3pm.
