She is preceded in death by her stepson, Jacob Blevins; and a sister, Kimberly “Susie” Weidle.
Frannie is survived by her parents Arthur and Flora Baker; fiancé, John Blevins; children, Shelby Hensley, Dylan Hensley; grandchildren, Karter, Jackson Hensley, brother, Toby Baker; sister-in-law, Tracey Bunch; nephew Wolf Gang Baker; nieces, Stacey Baker, Leah Baker and many other loving family members and friends.
