

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gage Lee Anthony Davis, age 22, who left this world on June 8, 2025. Born on June 25, 2002, in Centerville, Ohio, Gage was a beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Gage was preceded in death by his great-grandparents; Phil Peyton, Paul Mullendore, Hubert and Freda Havens; great great-great-grandparents, Edna and Adrian Osborne, along with his uncles, Scott Davis, Barry York, Robert York; aunt, Candi Tusing; great uncles, Doug Peyton and Danny Ray Havens.
He is survived by his parents, Michelle (Eric) McCabe and Jack Davis; siblings: Judah Davis, Yara Davis, Gabe McCabe, Peyton McCabe, Malachi McCabe, Liam McCabe and nephew, Sawyer Davis. Gage will be lovingly remembered by his grandparents, Roger and Brenda Havens, and Lou Kemble, Harold Davis, as well as his great-grandmother, Barbara Mullendore; aunt, Dawn (Doug) Nickoson and great aunts, Sharon Hale and Regina Havens. He leaves behind a host of other loving family members and friends whose lives he enriched with his warmth and laughter.
Known for his adventurous personality and intelligent mind, Gage was truly one of a kind. He had strong character and determination. His humorous nature and contagious laugh brought joy to countless moments, and his outgoing demeanor made him a friend to many. Gage’s hugs were big but his heart was even bigger.
Though Gage’s time with us was far too short, his impact will resonate within our hearts forever. His spirit will live on in the stories we share, the laughter we remember, and the love we carry forward in his honor.
Visitation will be 10:00 AM-11:00 AM, Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Berachah Church, located at 6830 Trenton Franklin Road, Middletown, OH 45042. A funeral service to celebrate Gage’s life will follow at 11:00 AM at the church with Pastor Jake Ferguson officiating. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery.
