In 1979, he married his high school sweetheart, Eva. Shortly after, he began his career with Crystal Tissue where he worked for 26 years. He retired from Wausaw Paper/Essity in 2018 after 15 years.
Jimmie, known to most as “Bo”, was a proud father and husband, avid golfer, and a loyal Cleveland Browns fan. He was known to be a man of a few words, but was truly selfless; you could always count on him to be there when it mattered most.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Flora Baker.
Jimmie is survived by his wife of more than 44 years, Eva (DeBiasi) Greer; children, Eric Greer, Brian Greer and Jillian Nolte; brothers, William “Bill”, Don and Ricky; sister, Charlene; and many nieces and nephews and special cousin, Roger Campbell.
Visitation will be 11 am-1 pm, on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Blessing will follow at 1:00 pm.
