JoEllen Suggs, age 59, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025. She was born November 16, 1965 in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, the daughter of Gary L. Winters and Shirley Marie (Schladweiler) Winters.
JoEllen was employed by Specialty Interiors of Ohio. She enjoyed fishing going to flea markets and yard sales.
JoEllen is survived by her husband, Gordon Suggs; her children from Wisconsin, Dana Gokry, Devon Parkinson and Ashley Parkinson; grandchildren, Gabriel Schneider, Ayden Schneider, Amari Parkinson, Kanloni Parkinson, Mackenzie Parkinson, Colin Parkinson and Brendon Parkinson; siblings, Rodney Quilman, Rick Quilman, Leroy Quilman, and Nan Lokken.
