Kay Francis Caldwell, age 72, of Middletown, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025 at UC Medical Center, West Chester. She was born March 3, 1953 in Middletown, the daughter of Clarence Timberman and Dorothy (Moore) Timberman. Kay worked as a Home Health manager. She loved her pets, (bird and dog) and her plants. Kay also enjoyed the little things in life.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary Engle, Janice Dyas, Bev Napier; and brothers, Butch Dyas and Jim Dyas.
Kay is survived by her sons, Brandy Taylor and David (wife, Christina) Gibbs; grandchildren, Gabe Taylor, Kanden Gibbs, Landenn Gibbs, and Jace Gibbs; nephews, Josh Engle, and Lonnie Timberman; and numerous family and friends.
Memorial services will be 6:00 pm Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, visitation will be from 4:00 pm until service time.
