Luke Thomas Helton

Luke loved to take pictures, play games, and be outside; his gift in life was serving others and loving each and every person he met. Luke was a graduate of Madison Jr/Sr High School and also completed courses at Miami University Middletown and the University of Cincinnati.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas E. Milne Sr. (1979), Bonavere L. Milne (2025), and Joseph Larry Helton, Sr. (2015), as well as his beloved aunt Jennifer J. Milne (2022).

Surviving Luke are his parents, Deborah K. and Larry Helton Jr., Madison Twp., OH; sister and brother-in-law, Hannah (Helton) and Dean Brooks, Lapel, IN; and grandmother, Judy Helton, Trenton, OH. Also surviving him are aunts and uncles, Petra Tallo, Thomas and Debra Milne, Jessie and Michael Ruskaup; and cousins, Megan and Edwin Bailey, Jacob and Reverend Rebecca Milne, Gracieann, Andrew, and Caroline Ruskaup, Evelyn Bailey, Cecelia and Elizabeth Milne, and multitudes of family and friends.

Visitation will be 4 PM-7 PM on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. Visitation will also be from 10 AM-11 AM, Monday, February 9, 2026 at Middletown Nazarene Church, 215 South Sutphin St., Middletown, OH 45044. Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM with Rev.Michael Johnson, Rev. Rebecca Milne and Rev. Christopher Brooks officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Madison Township, Ohio.
