Robert retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service. He then continued his career at the Sharonville Post Office for 24 years.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Doug Fraley.
Robert is survived by his wife of 24 years, Betty Fraley; two daughters, Lisa Penley, Laura Fraley ; three stepchildren, Linda (Kenny) Sparks, Darrell Tolliver, Tina Smith; eight grandchildren, Shannon Tolliver, Sharon Faul, Robert Tolliver, Saundra Burns, Josh Tolliver, Thomas Seabolt II, Kenny Sparks II, Kevin Sparks and many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 17, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Breitenbach-Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street, Middletown, Ohio 45044, A Funeral service will follow at 12:30 PM with Pastor Brian Morris officiating. Burial will be at Butler County Memorial Park, with military honors.
