He graduated from Middletown Christian High School in 1980 then attended Miami University. Bobby retired after being an electrician for many years.
Bobby is survived by his son, Robert (Rachel) Gibson Il; his grandchildren, Logan Gibson, Carley Gibson and Evritt Gibson; his brothers, James Gibson and Rick Gibson; step-siblings Tony Thompson, Scott Thompson and Missie Osterman; his beloved dog, Hawky; and many other family members and friends.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Joey Gibson; and his sister, Debra McMahon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at Buckeye Baptist Church, 4609 Bonita Drive, Middletown, Ohio 45044. Memorial service to follow at 6:30 PM with Pastor Scott Miller officiating.
