

Sandy worked as a cafeteria cashier at Wildwood Elementary for years and then later became a Home Interiors Consultant, where she made many lifelong friends. She dedicated her life to caring for and giving to her family and friends. She belonged to Connection Church in Germantown, where she enjoyed teaching Sunday School and volunteering for all church activities. Sandy lived everyday to the fullest and fought her nine year battle with breast cancer with unfaltering courage. Throughout her journey she gave so much joy and showed unbelievable strength. She was an inspiration to everyone who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Donnie Kroger; mother Bonnie Peck Stapleton; sister Connie Martin; and grandson Branden Kroger.
Her loving heart will be carried on by her son, Donnie Kroger and wife, Margaret; grandchildren, Alex Kroger (Rosa and daughter Lilly), and Haley Kroger (Kemal); brothers, Terry (Regina) McCoy, Gary (Anita) McCoy, Ronnie (Debbie) McCoy, and Barry (Gina) Owens; special nephew T.J. (Ashley) McCoy; special niece Emilee McCoy Wall and a very special great niece, Harley Wall, who always brightened her day; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 and 9-10 am, Wednesday, February 12, 2024 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Woodside Cemetery.
