Shirley was a member of Towne Boulevard Church of God.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Reverend Kenneth W. Howard; brother, David Webb; sister, Sandy Albritton; daughter, Pam Howard-Winkler; and grandson, Matthew Thomas Pfieffer.
Shirley is survived by two daughters, Tawnya (Tom) Pfeiffer of Liberty Township, Ohio and Anna Howard-Thacker of Middletown; five grandchildren, Michelle, Cheryl, Leslie, Lori and Andrew; ten great grandchildren; and sister, Phyllis Karasoff.
Graveside services are at 11:15 AM at Woodside Cemetery, Section 20, with Pastor Mark Jackson officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery, Middletown, Ohio.
