

Terrill Lemont Campbell, age 47, died peacefully on August 15, 2021, at 5:01 pm in the arms of his loving wife, Moneka Campbell, and surrounded by his devoted mother Joyce (Stalls) Harris of Forest Park, Ga, and his sister, LaKendra Campbell of Forest Park, Ga.
Terrill was born to the union of Joyce (Stalls) Harris and Rex Campbell on August 3, 1974, in Centralia, Illinois. Terrill attended Centralia City Schools, graduating from Centralia High and attending Kaskaskia College.
Terrill loved sports and loved to talk about all kinds of sports. Terrill began working as a Habilitation Tech in the Centralia area, then going on to Masonry school and attained certification of a Level 2 in masonry. He then went on to Construction Craft Academy and obtained his certification, also in that area. Terrill finally found his passion when he went to barbering school and attained his barbering license from Dayton Barber College of Dayton Ohio. Terrill entered and won many hair show events and was well known throughout the Ohio area for his unique styles. He was always surrounded by his "brothers", Kidd, Skip, Mike and Jayno at the Emaculate Barber Shop in Trotwood, Ohio. Supported by his brother Mack Herron of Centralia, Illinois.
Terrill met and married the love of his life Moneka (Mo) Patton on August 20th, 2011, in Las Vegas, NV.
Terrill leaves to cherish his memory, his wife his (Queen) Moneka Campbell, his mother Joyce (Queen Sheba) Harris; his father Rex Campbell and wife (Monica) of Arizona; his children, Tiara (Lite Brite) of Forest Park, Ga, Rashad (Puffy) of Centralia, Il, Adonis (Duke) and significant other (Jasmine Collins), Taj (Taj-Mac), Kadar (Five) all of Dayton Ohio, Monea' (Swag) of St Louis, Mo; his sister LaKendra (Edna) Campbell and significant other (Linell Henderson); along with his step brother, Jerry Harris, Jr (Shannon) and step sister, Qunishka Tate (Erica Tate); his grandchildren, Roman (Romello), E’Moni (Princess), Aubri "(Dr. Aubri), Adonis III (Pauly Wally), Kamari and Tristen. His niece Nadjea’(Noonie) Campbell and significant other (Wellington Benjamin) of Stone Mountain, Ga; his nephew Kendell Gaston, his great nephew Jace Masi, a very special Uncle (Geoffery Stalls) and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins’ other family members and close friends.
Terrill was of the Baptist faith and spent his young years attending Second Missionary Baptist Church in Centralia, Illinois. When at home, Terrill attended South Town Apostle Church of Mt. Vernon. Terrill professed a strong belief in Christ throughout his life and was strongly rooted in the belief that you must bless others as you walk life’s journey. Terrill tried to do that with anyone he met, and he had many friends in all walks of life. His whole life was devoted to his wife and children and providing for them. He was always giving back to his community with back to school events where he provided free hair cuts along with the barber shop. Whenever he was asked to give, he did so willingly.
Visitation will be held from 12-2 pm, Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, located at 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown Ohio. A Memorial Service will follow at 2 pm, with Pastor Renard Allen officiating.
The 2nd Memorial Service will be held in Centrallia, Illinois, and that date will be announced soon.
All memorials will be accepted at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home in Middletown, Ohio.
