Victor is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Sweeney; daughter, Chara Sweeney; son, Andrew Sweeney; step-daughter, Callie Michaels; sisters, Lue Brewen-Seldon, Diana Sweeney, Janet Stivers, Gayle Haney, Joyce Wooten-Doug; brothers, Bill (Susan) Sweeney, Robert (Deb) Conrad; and a Lifelong friend Rick Berry; many grandchildren and nieces and nephews and many friends.
