Barbara Ann Schneider

Barbara was born in Turkey, Texas on December 15, 1938 to George and Clara Satterfield. She gave birth to 5 beautiful children, including a daughter, Debra Williams, who passed away as an infant. Barbara loved life and dedicated her life to caring for her family and planning family events. She especially loved her grandchildren. Barbara loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and never stopped sharing that pursuit with her family and friends. She always had time for the other things she loved, which included crafts, sewing, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Schneider; son Richard Schneider; daughters: Vickie Beman and husband Conrad, Diane Kennedy and husband Clay, and Darlene Bagwell; her grandchildren: Chris Beman, Christine Andrews, Ashley Bagwell, Kendal Schneider, Ryan Kennedy, and Cade Kennedy; great grandchildren Tylor Beman, Brandon Beman., Justin Beman, Patrick Beman and Adam Valenzuela. She also leaves her brothers: Ray Satterfield and wife Linda, Johnnie Satterfield and wife Jennie, Larry Satterfield, and Bobby Satterfield wife Lynnie; sisters: Betty Selby, Wanda Denney and Retha Schneider; and extended family and friends. Family will receive friends at Ellis Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at First Assembly of God on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
