

Harold was born in Midland, Texas on May 26, 1947. He graduated from Midland High School in 1965. Harold married Shirley Collier on April 7, 1967. They were married for 48 years.
Nine days after they were married, Harold was called by the Army to serve his country in Vietnam. He served his country bravely and was awarded the Bronze Star for valor for heroism in ground combat.
Upon his return from the service, Harold worked as a welder for over 30 years. Harold enjoyed spending time with his family and had a love of classic cars.
Harold is survived by his wife Shirley Bolton; daughter, Stephanie Stewart and husband Ty of Odessa, Texas; son, Jason Bolton of Sweetwater, Texas; grandsons, Casey Foreman and Garret Stewart of Odessa, Texas; brother David Bolton of Fort Worth, Texas; sister-in-law, Beulah Montgomery of Abilene, Texas and many nieces and nephews.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents Herman Bolton and Hazel Travis; sister, Donna Carnett; brother, Darrell Bolton; father-in-law, Barnett Collier; mother-in-law, Evelyn Collier; brother-in-law, Ronnie Collier and niece Victoria Sanderson.
