A viewing is scheduled for Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.at Ellis Funeral Home in Midland, Texas. There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Serenity Memorial Gardens located at 6800 TX-349 (Rankin Hwy) in Midland.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents Jessie and Minnie Luce; daughter in law Betty Irion Chatwell; grandchild Eric Chatwell; half-brother Bobby Luce and husband, Charles “Pappy” Chatwell.
She is survived by her three children, Charlene Parkhill and husband Jimmy, Deborah Choat and husband Jim, and Robert Chatwell and wife Marque; grandchildren, Ronda Millway, Lisa Beltrain, Charles Choat, Greg Chatwell and Brian Chatwell and great grandchildren, Jimmy R. Choat, Kylee Choat, Tyler Avant, Carson Chatwell, Maddie Chatwell, Ashlyn Chatwell, and Gavin Chatwell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Parkhill, Jim Choat, Tyler Avant, Greg Chatwell, Brian Chatwell and Charles Choat.
