Lola Margaret Phillips Langley

Marge was born in Loraine, Texas, on January 5, 1935 to Howard and Audra Phillips. She spent over sixty years of her life as a resident of Midland, Texas.

Marge was a founding member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, and a devoted Christian woman who loved all of her family and friends. She worked at First Baptist Church of Midland as a part -time receptionist and enjoyed participating in the First Baptist Church choir and many Sunday School functions. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Marge was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Larry Phillips; and her two sons, Robert and Rodney Langley.

She is survived by her daughter, Sonja Langley of Austin, Texas; granddaughter, Tiffani Bohannon and her husband Eric Bohannon of Midland, Texas; grandson, Shannon Langley of South Haven, Mississippi; grandson, Dustin Langley of South Haven, Mississippi; and great grandsons Nicholas and Noah Palacio of Midland, Texas, and Peyton Langley.

Visitation will be open to all at Ellis Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday,

December 7. Memorial services will be held in the First Baptist Church Chapel on Thursday, December 8, at 9:00 a.m., followed by burial at Resthaven Memorial Park.
