She met Hershel Floyd and were married in Ft Smith AK, on August 1, 1953 and were together until Hershel’s passing. Together they had a daughter Felecia and son David. Faye loved to travel in their Airstream with Hershel to every state in the USA and to Canada. She was a long time member of Westside Church of Christ, and worked in oil and banking businesses.
Faye was preceded in death by her son and husband, but they are now together again.
Family left behind is daughter Felecia (Doug) McCubbin. Grandchildren Meagan Floyd, Montgomery (Jordon) Floyd, Kendra Jakel and Lucas McCubbin. Along with great grand children Bryant Floyd and Delilah Jakel.
The Family would like to thank the caregivers at Legacy Ranch and In Home Hospice for their care.
There will be a visitation on Sunday March 20, 2022 at Ellis Funeral Home. As well as a Graveside service at Resthaven Memorial Park on March 21, 2022 at 1:00pm. Officiating will be Jim Lorenz, a family friend.
