He was a World War II veteran from 1942-1945.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents William and Attice Gammage, four brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Laura, of seventy years; three sons, Tommy, Gary, and Terry Gammage all of Texas; three brothers David, Byron, and James; and two sisters, Kathryn Sistrunk, and Ruth Kirk; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
A Graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, at Plainview Memorial Park in Plainview, Texas.
