Tommy married Charlotte Garmon on March 23, 1961, and they were married for twenty-nine years. He worked as a truck driver for Britt Trucking, and enjoyed fishing.
Tommy was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte; his parents, Thomas and Agnes; and his brother, Charles.
Tommy is survived by his two sons, Thomas A. Manley and wife Michelle, Steve Manley and wife Jana; daughter, Angela Owens and husband Willy; grandchildren, Brittney Manley, Amanda Manley, Chasity Manley, and Steven Manley Jr.; great grandchildren, Jaylynn, Landyn, and Kaiyden; brother, Don Manley; sisters, Dorothy Hunt and Mary Heins; as well as other family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Ellis Funeral Home on Andrews Highway. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Resthaven Memorial Park, with Brother Bob Porterfield officiating.
