She was born in Lubbock on August 3, 1955 and graduated from Roosevelt High School. Vicki was married to Tom Hunter on October 25, 2008.
Vicki was an avid crafter who enjoyed making and collecting miniatures. She was very thoughtful, always looking for ways to encourage others. Vicki's faith and hope never wavered. She found the positive in others effortlessly and loved to laugh.
Vicki is preceded in death by her mother, Margie Fowler, and father, JL Matsler.
Vicki is survived by her husband Tom, son Joseph and his wife Crista, daughter Keri and her husband Chad, 7 grandchildren, 2 brothers, and her step father, Cecil, and two brothers, Jimmy Matsler and Jeff Matsler.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 24, 6-8pm at Ellis funeral home. The funeral service will be held at Ellis funeral home February 25th at 2pm. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Garden of Midland.
