Rush is survived by his wife, Brenda of Midlothian, VA; son, David (Amanda Benzaken) of Los Angeles, CA; son, Billy (Carolyn) of Midlothian, VA; daughter, Mary Anne of Virginia Beach; and four grandchildren: Keely and Finley of Los Angeles, CA; and Hannah and Maddie of Midlothian, VA.
