

Dee was born March 31, 1926, in Racine, PA to Arthur "Yank" Harper and Thelma Stanyard Harper.
Dee grew up in Beaver Falls, PA living with her uncle and aunt, Tom and Nell Davis. Dee married Paul Weiskopf in 1956 and together they raised their family and traveled the world.
Dee is most fondly remembered for her kindness and warming smile, her quick wit, her many beautiful handmade quilts and her love of a good, sweet, tasty baked treat. She loved to read, work puzzles and debate a good political issue. Dee always made the best soups and apple pies and enjoyed a good glass of wine.
Dee is survived by her husband Paul of 68 years, her four children, Saundra Nowka (Modro), Paul David Weiskopf (Lisa), Margaret Carol Weiskopf, and William Joseph Weiskopf (Julie); her six grandchildren, Tamie Law (Adam), Michael Nowka (Crystal), Carrie Nowka (Paul), Paige Yuhase (Billy), Trey Weiskopf (Chelsea), and Cade Weiskopf (Amanda) and her eight great-grandchildren, Tanner Law, Jared Law, Matthew Law, Lillian Richards, Chandler Yuhase, Dargan Yuhase, Windsor Weiskopf, and Leighton Weiskopf and many nieces and nephews.
Dee is preceded in death by her parents, Yank and Thelma, her brother Arthur "Pete" Harper, and her sisters Geraldine "Gerry" Marshall, Thelma Casciato, Ruth Ann "Tommie" Harper and Margurete May Harper.
A private service will be held at a later date.
