.ABELN, Glenn Joseph, 80, of Midlothian, Va., formerly of the Baden neighborhood of St. Louis, Mo., passed away on October 31, 2016. He was the beloved husband of 47 years of Colette B. Abeln; father of three sons, Glenn Charles Abeln of Buda, Texas, Paul Joseph Abeln of Southborough, Mass. and Anthony Edward Abeln of Waltham, Mass.; and beloved grandfather of Lucas, Bella, Colin, Maya and Alexander. Memorial Mass will be held at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church on Huguenot Rd., in Richmond, Va., at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Edward-Epiphany School or the American Cancer Society.`
