RADER, James Withers, 86, of Powhatan, went to be with his beloved wife Betty G. Rader, on January 5, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Louise and William Raper and his brother John Raper. He is survived by his children, Cynthia Ann Rader (Hank Bonk), Mark Godfrey Rader (Amber), Barry Withers Rader (Melody Jo Miller), Elizabeth Carolyn Rader; grandchildren, Joshua Rader, Matthew Rader, Paul Bonk, Lindsay Bonk, Brandon Bonk (Ashley); great grandchildren, Audrey, Annabelle, and Coy; siblings, William W. Raper, Jr. (Geraldine Lagammo Raper), Franklin Leonidas Rader (Jewell McGhee-Rader); and former sisters in law, Minnie Lou Raper and Judy Demchak. He was a United States Army Veteran, and a retired Manager with Richmond Plumbing and Heating.
The family will receive friends from 2pm to 4pm, Sunday, January 11, 2015 at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd, Midlothian. Funeral services will be held at 2pm, on Monday, January 12, 2015 at the funeral home. Interment Powhatan Community Cemetery.
