Snider, James "Jim", 69 Jim passed away peacefully on November 8, 2015. A loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Jim was an avid sports fan and volunteered his time as a baseball, basketball, and soccer coach. He was a veteran and proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He retired from FedEx after 25 years of service and was an active member of New Life United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Eleanor Snider.
He leaves to cherish his memories an adoring wife, Christine A. Snider, his children Kimberly Baumann (Robert), Alison Snider Beatty, Gregory Snider (Mandi), Brian Snider and Brittany Snider; grandchildren Tai and Violet Baumann, Damian, Carson, and Braylon Beatty, Cadence and Olive Snider, and a host of beloved relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8pm at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home; 1020 Huguenot road; and where a celebration of his life will be held Saturday at 11 am.
