Joseph R. Barco Sr., 73, of Midlothian, formerly of Suffolk, VA, passed away on Tuesday, November 29th after a courageous battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jennie; children, Joseph R. Barco, Jr. of Midlothian, VA and Allyson B. Pittman and her husband, Lance of Midlothian, VA; one sister, Barbara Smawley of Ellenboro, NC; four grandchildren, Keely, Zachary, Lillie and Henry; one great-grandchild, Paxton; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 12 from Noon - 2pm and 4 - 6pm at Woody Funeral Home – Huguenot Chapel. Services will be private.
