Judith A. Evans (Judy), 70, passed away December 4, 2016, with her family by her side in Midlothian, VA.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband, Kenneth W Evans III; son and his spouse, Patrick and Karen Middlebrooks; and her two grandchildren, Ashton S. Middlebrooks and Steven Hall.
