A lifetime resident of Moseley, Virginia, Buster was a descendent of the Moseley family that came to Virginia in 1680 and established the original Moseley homestead in 1683.
He is survived by his children, Craig Johnson and Gail Johnson; his sister, Rosalie Repucci; special friend, Ann Throckmorton; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was a gentleman, a good father, an avid hunter, fisherman and gardner. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 16 from 2-4pm at Woody Funeral Home - Huguenot Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Monday, November 17 at Mount Hermon Baptist Church (old chapel). Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
