Lola K. Roach, 90, of Richmond, widow of L. Lenwood Roach, Jr., died Thursday, December 8, 2011. She is survived by her son, James M. Roach (Beverly); two grandchildren, Christy Wood (Mark) and Steven Roach (Christina); one great-granddaughter, Brittani Wood; two sisters, Gladys Satterwhite and Margaret Satterwhite; a brother, Gordon Kay; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Roach was a former railroad accountant, then she married and raised a family and pursued her love of sewing.
The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Dale Memorial Park.
