Mulligan, Mary Shelton, 79, of Richmond, VA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 22, 2013 surrounded by her sons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude L. Mulligan. She is survived by her sons, Mark Mulligan and his wife Valerie and David Mulligan and his wife Janeen, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren, her sister Virginia and husband Alfred Bragewitz of Kempner, Texas, devoted niece Denise Forney, and several other nieces and nephews.
Her remains rest at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd., Richmond, VA, where the family will receive family and friends 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 11am at the funeral home with interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Dr., Sandston, VA.
