

Watts, Rebecca McKenzie, 80, was set free from this earthly home on December 21, 2010 and is now present with her Lord. She was born at Rockfish in Nelson County, Va. to the l'ate Edward Henry McKenzie and Mildred Hamner McKenzie. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Eddie Louis Watts, Jr., her brothers, Edward McKenzie, Raymond McKenzie and Frank McKenzie and her sister, Mary Elizabeth McKenzie.
She is survived by her three children, Eddie Louis Watts, III and wife Linda; Gayle Watts Darnell and husband Frank; and Malcolm Henry Watts and wife Donna. "GaGa" is also survived by five grandchildren Michel Watts, Laura Watts Pritham and husband Adam, William Watts and wife Kayla, Jonathan Watts, and Andrew Darnell; and three great-grandchildren Cecilia Watts, Rebekah Pritham and Mackenzie Pritham. She is also survived by her sister Nancy McKenzie Hinton and sister-in-law Ellen McKenzie Stine.
Her memory will also be cherished by numerous other relatives and family friends.
Becky was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. Her great¬grandchildren were her most recent pride and joy. Her love of God, family and friends will always be remembered and should serve as an example to us all.
Her family wishes to thank all concerned for their prayers, support, visits, and many acts of kindness. They also wish to thank the staff and nurses of Lucy Corr Village and Hospice of Virginia for their compassionate care. A special thanks to her private nurse Hazel whom God put in our path to give Mother the special care she so deserved.
A funeral service will be held at 11;00 am on December 24 at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody', Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road. Interment will follow in Dale Memorial Park. A brief visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

She fought the good fight. She finished the race. She kept the faith. Now there is in store for her the Crown of Righteousness. 2 Timothy 4:7-8.
