MOULTON, Sandra Smock, of Richmond, Va., passed away August 27, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Beringer Racheau; son-in-law, Ted A. Racheau; grandson, Carter L. Burkey Jr. and granddaughter, Katheryn Marye Burkey. Mrs. Moulton, formerly from Houston, Texas was predeceased by her husband, Floyd R. Moulton.
