HANSEN, Valerie R., 88, of Richmond, died April 5, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harry Madocks and J. Berg Hansen; and her daughter, Valerie Elhardt. Survivors include five children, Alice Daly, Patricia Madocks, Catherine McTiernan, Daniel Madocks and Jon Hansen; 11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
