Bill was a proud and dedicated member of the United States Air Force, serving his country with honor and commitment. His strength, discipline, and courage were evident throughout every chapter of his life.
Bill found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved spending time outdoors, tending to his garden, and working with his hands. He was always ready to take on his next construction project, no matter how big or small, finding purpose and satisfaction in building, fixing, and creating. His strong work ethic and savvy business sense carried him through life and shaped the legacy he leaves behind.
Bill lived his life with a deep sense of faith and acceptance. He often reminded those around him that the timing of one’s passing was not for us to decide, but in God’s hands. It brought him peace to believe that when his time came, it would be God making that decision. That quiet faith guided him through life’s hardships and gave comfort to those who loved him.
Bill’s life was one of service, laughter, devotion, and strength. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Woody Funeral Home – Huguenot Chapel, located at 1020 Huguenot Rd., Midlothian, VA 23112, on Wednesday, April 8th at 1 PM.
