My condolences to you all, I'm very sorry to hear of Alecs passing. I only knew Alec when he was very little, even though he was very young, I'm glad to have meet him. 
I'm very thankful for the times that I got to sit down at your dinner table with you guys & have sleep overs with Jake that I got to know all of you. 
You guys are in my thoughts, be strong in your time of sorrow, with time comes healing, the days will get better and easier.

I remember going to school at Bella Vista Elementary School with Alec. We were in the same class every year I think. I remember Alec always being funny and friendly. He was the kid on the playground that everyone in class wanted to be friends with. He was a really cool guy. He will be missed for sure!

I feel such a profound sadness at the loss of Alec. My son met him in Australia last year and left Tucson today headed to Bullfrog Marina where he planned to work with Alec & Justin. Tyler had nothing but wonderful things to say about what a quality young man Alec was, and was shocked and saddened when he heard the news. My heart breaks for all of his family and friends who loved him and will miss his shining personality. Sending prayers....

We were boating at Lake Powell on Sunday when Alec came to repair the generator on our houseboat. We were having a family church service on board singing songs, reading scriptures and  Alec participated in the discussion about family, history and nature. He was a happy and upbeat soul and made us all laugh. We enjoyed his company!  Our deepest condolences for the loss of your son, brother and friend.

So very sorry to hear about your sad loss.  Our thoughts have been with all of the Winterrose family members.  May you cherish your fond memories of Alec.

Thank you for being such a great friend to my brother Carson. While I didn't have the privilege of knowing you, Carson did and his life has been blessed because you were in it. I know he will miss you, as will I. I will be forever grateful to you for being such a great friend to my kid brother. May you rest in peace. See you on the flip side!

To have something like this happen so suddenly is hard to bear because it's such a shock to everyone.
There is no time to prepare, to deal with unfinished business or to say good-bye.
My belief is he has moved on to a better place and though the words do not comfort at this time.  There is a thought that may.
When we come into this world everyone rejoices and we cry and when we leave this world everyone cries and we rejoice.
May you picture Alec, the adventurous one, smiling and rejoicing knowing he is watching over all of you, comforting you.  He could be the slight gush of air on your check, the breeze in the trees, the rainbow that you see.
