Barbara Granger

Barbara Taylor Granger passed away suddenly on April 15, 2017 in Columbus Ohio. She was born to the late Vernon James Taylor and Marian (Brown) Taylor on March 22, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah where she attended Olympus Junior High and Olympus High. She later graduated from BYU.

Barb married her husband, James E Granger in 1967. Their 50th wedding anniversary is next month. Our beloved Barbara is survived by her husband, and her children; Brett D Granger (Stephanie), Jami E Hunt (James), Alex J Granger, David M Granger (Tanya), and Bethany C Weisenberger (Brian); Siblings - Linda Taylor, Dell Taylor (Denise), and Kaye Madsen (Russ). and 11 Grandchildren. She served four missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was an avid reader, an enthusiastic knitter, painter, potter, and crafts lady. She will be sorely missed here, but is now at peace awaiting the promised resurrection and family reunion. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister will be interred in Holladay UT.

Funeral Service: Friday, April-28th, at 11am at the Cottonwood 10th Ward chapel, 4930 S. Westmoor Dr. (1725 E.), Holladay Utah. A viewing will take place from 9:30 to 10:45 prior to the service. Interment will be at Holladay Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
