Brad was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ruth and John Porter.
Brad attended Skyline High School. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He liked to collect stamps. He loved watching football and basketball. He was an avid fan of the Utes and the Utah Jazz. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Heart Association in memory of John Porter, Ruth Porter and Brad Porter.
An evening viewing will take place on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive, Millcreek, Utah 84106
The Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 11:00 am with a prior viewing from 10:00 am - 10:45 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Canyon Rim 1st Ward, 3100 East 3000 South, Salt Lake City, UT.
